Welcome to StringLocal! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StringLocal website and services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Service Description & AI Disclaimer

StringLocal provides automated localization services for iOS applications using artificial intelligence (OpenAI API).

• Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality translations, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that StringLocal is provided on an "AS IS" basis and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the translations. We recommend reviewing critical strings manually.
• Availability: We strive to keep the Service up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly).

• Payment Processing: We use Stripe for payment processing. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your Subscription at any time through your account management page. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Fee Changes: StringLocal, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StringLocal and its licensors.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the strings and files (`Localizable.xcstrings`) you upload to the Service. We claim no ownership over your data.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from the dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StringLocal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
